Where is my order?

To view the details and status of your order:
1. Click on "My Account". Enter your username and password to log in.
2. Click on "My Orders" to view the status of your order.

When can I expect my cards?

If you chose standard processing, your order will ship within seven business days. With rush processing, your order will ship within five business days.

How do I make changes to my order?

We cannot guarantee the ability to make changes or cancellations to any order once the order has been put into production. If you email us within 24 hours of your order being placed, there is a good chance we will be able to catch your order before it is printed. If the order has already been printed, there are no changes or cancellations.
